No Insurance
Don’t worry we have flexible payment plans available! These are discussed by patient and case plan.
Family Plans
For children under the age of 15 we will only file insurance if the child is covered under a Medicaid plan, if not we don’t file insurance and there is a flat fee of $15.00 per chiropractic adjustment
