What to expect  on 1st and 2nd visits at our office:
First Visit
  1. At your 1st visit we will ask for identification and your insurance information.
  2. We will also ask that you fill out the new patient paperwork. (this can also be downloaded and filled out in advance of your appointment from this webpage).
  3. We will call your insurance and find out what your chiropractic benefit is.
  4. You will then meet with Dr. Cooper and discuss you health history and any present complaints. Based on this he may want to do x-rays and a full chiropractic exam.
  5. The insurance clerk will come in and based on which x-rays and exam Dr. Cooper wants to do, will let you know according to your insurance what your portion of todays visit will be. If agreed Dr. Cooper will come in and continue with your visit.
  6. When finished with Dr. Cooper you will go to reception area, pay for today and schedule a return visit after Dr Cooper has had time to process your x-rays and review your exam.

Second Visit
  1. ON YOUR 2ND VISIT Dr. Cooper will go over his findings and let you know how chiropractic can help. He goes into detail what he would like to do and why. Often he will prescribe a treatment plan of several visits to correct any problems you may have.
  2. Again the insurance clerk comes in and goes over all the financial details of Dr. Coopers plan for you. Together you discuss how payments will work and if you wish to commit to the plan. If so, we will continue that day with your first chiropractic adjustment.
  3. As you check out we will schedule all the visits for your treatment plan please have your day planner with you.
